Painless oral surgery abroad, in Greece

Thanks to our state-of-the art surgery room and appliances our professional surgeons ensure 100% painless oral surgery abroad treatments.

At our clinic, we offer a full range of surgical treatments from simple tooth extractions to bone augmentation and sinus lift.

Tooth extraction

Untreated decayed teeth and the illness of their environment can often lead to tooth removal, a relatively simple procedure performed under local anesthesia.

In certain cases, it is not possible to remove a tooth by simple extraction; for example, in the case of extreme decay, when the tooth can easily snap, or in the case when the tooth has a strongly curved root or diverging roots. In this case, surgical extraction is needed, which is also performed

Bone grafting

When teeth are lost and years elapse without tooth replacement the gum and bone in place of the missing tooth recess naturally over time, therefore it is important to place implants very soon after extraction.

In the case of bone loss, i.e. if there is not enough quality and quantity of bone, bone grafting – also referred to as bone augmentation or bone replacement – is necessary by using graft material before tooth replaced by implants.

Watch our video on bone grafting:

In almost all cases a so-called resorbable membrane is necessary to cover bone graft in order to achieve the finest bone and tissue regeneration.

Bone graft integrates with its surrounding area and becomes part of the body in 6-8 months.

Bone grafting is performed under local anesthesia and completely painless.

Is bone graft material safe and reliable?

At our clinic, we use premium quality, resorbable AlphaBio graft material that is very similar to human bone ensuring excellent integration, bone formation, and volume. It is 100% biocompatible and non-toxic, i.e. do not cause harm to the body in any way or trigger tissue reactions.

Sinus lift

Watch our video on sinus lift:

When there is insufficient bone mass in maxillary (upper jaw) our oral surgeons add bone graft to upper jaw in the area of molars and premolars, between the upper jaw and the maxillary sinuses, which are on either side of the nose. To make room for the bone, the sinus membrane has to be moved upward, or “lifted.” This procedure, called sinus lift, has been performed successfully for over two decades now and is considered an accepted and predictable method of bone grafting.
